Pack Your Items
Place the unworn products in their original Giesswein packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
